I think they need to be blown up and sent to Perth for a clean start.

Call them the West Coast Tigers with a new board, constitution, players and remove Wests & Balmain from any part of the franchise.

Unfortunately that will never happen now since someone signed off on a 70million dollar hair dressers at Concord.

What a stupid idea Concord..

Hilarious that the West Tigers think that they can target Josh Schuster and that he would solve their problems. His career is on a knife edge as it is and if he is to even reach his potential he’ll need to be at a really good club. Throwing cash at him at the Tigers won’t work.

They need players that will improve their defence and we all know what is the main factor behind good defence.. Attitude!

I read recently that the vacant block besides Commbank will be a PYC.
Im wondering why this wasnt developed as our COE instead of Kellyville (if it ever happens). Seems like it would have been an ideal location for a COE.

Were not the Roosters Gazza.

We can't even get our logo on the stadium ffs like those Sombereo wankers at Allianz.
Yeah its frustrating for sure. I was looking at our logo on the club on Sunday and thinking why isnt it on the stadium like the brave chooks? Surely with persistence thats at least possible. Forum members mock our hierarchy and its exactly for reasons like this.
Rant over.

We did ask originally but government said in 2019 its owned by them so it couldn't happen which is fair enough.

Then same thing happens with new Allianz last year except Government approved Uncle Nick's request for Roosters Logo. Must have been the brown paper bags.

Perseverance and now theres a precedent. Whos on the members council? Make it a discussion topic. What does the members council do I wonder? Are there meeting minutes? Are we being represented to their best ability.
Didnt sleep well last night King. Lol.

The Roosters put money into their stadium.
We did not.

1. Our COE is more than just a building, which is all that will fit on the block of land between stadium and the club. COE at Kellyville is 4 full sized ovals, with lighting, change rooms, gym, office facilities and at least one of the ovals will have a small undercover stand for at least 200 people.

2. Somehow the rorters got something we didn't although we did ask about stadium signage. My recollection is that we traded it for govt. $$ towards the COE facility which the rorters don't get. I might be wrong on that front though.

3. Members Council has been discontinued. Not sure why.

As for the 'why we didn't build our COE there' question, I think it's because besides the building itself we need at least one full NRL sized field as well so the boys could train on and from what I understand the Parra district just doesn't have that kind of space available anymore.

Hence why they had to move out to the boondocks where there is virtually no public transport infrastructure but plenty of land.

Oops, didn't see emjaycee's post above.

There is Federal funding involved in the Centre of Excellence, and that potential funding likely came with some caveats on potential locations.

Also, the Roosters provided funding towards Allianz Stadium to have their setup there. How much money did we provide towards CommBank stadium construction costs?

Federal, State and Local government funding and the land was 'donated' as part of the 'Local' govt. contribution I believe.

So using Commbank for training is not an option? Where do The Brave Roosters train?

I read recently the new Anzac Jersey was presented to the Members Council for review. Was that incorrect? I think it was on TCT.
