Andrew Davey returns to Eels

The Parramatta Eels are pleased to welcome back Andrew Davey to the Club.

I would say he in the 30 by MONs comment.

The Eels official announcement from O'Neill talks about him being ready to play NRL now. That can only happen if he's top 30. Also, there is no way he is moving from a top 30 spot with the Dogs to a non top 30 spot at the Eels

The only real negative about the Davey signing is it’s to end of next season. That’s an odd choice (unless we cut someone else), if it’s min wage it’s neither here nor there though and he’s better than minimum wage. But the frustration is it’s not a priority position to fill (unless we’ve just been forced to fill squad out by NRL) because while he could “play” middle, he doesn’t replace RCG.
