I see what you've done there. I think there's a lot of people that need to man up and concede that they were part of the movement who thought it was OK to abuse and almost daily make jokes about a 19/20 year old kid behind the veil of internet anonymity. Will they own it ? Of course they won't. They will wish him well and pretend it never happened.

potentially 1 better half who hasn't played a reserve grade game yet and I don't know who the second is that you're referring to but we have just lost our back up half to a rival club and we don't really have another 1 readily available.

This is true. Imagine the family discussion and tears. The kid was a eels ball boy and the coach had to let his best backup half free for his personal health / development Now the club is left with Rankin or Yates (??) as 7 next week and we're cactus if Moses or Brown go down in the future.

I guess we will find out in 3 weeks - Manly play Parra week before Origin 2 - No DCE.

I doubt fans will and those that do should be shamed.

I wasn't too long ago at CommBank when Jake ran on and some random Eels fans around us booed him. We are all season ticket holders and as one everyone drowned out the haters, cheered Jake because he was an Eel and told the dicks to sit the f**k down.

I'm guessing that the attitude won't change. The poor kid must have PTSD after all this.

I'll admit I hated him for a little bit, especially when he was picked on the bench unnecesarily I felt. Having saud that, when Moses went down and Arthur played as a backup, I was fine with him.

This year has been good. I didn't think he's been picked unnecesarily.

All the best to Jake and I apologise if someone like me ruined his dream of winning the GF with us. I understand he was a junior, a ball boy with Parra petigree.
