Given unders and overs are entirely subjective (and pretty much useless) comparative terms - and especially when you yourself regularly remind us all that we don't know any individual player's actual contracted value - if the squad performs better than others, it's just performing better than others.Classic non sequitur. If the squad performs better than others it means it most likely has better players, and therefore more likely to have more players on unders and fewer players on overs. Otherwise they wouldn't be able to fit them under the same salary cap you've pretended supports your position. But you knew that.
You can maybe say the squad is collectively delivering better value (for the same cap) than others - but you'd be hard pressed to extrapolate anything about average or individual players "unders and overs" from that, like you seem to be attempting (and failing).
