The potential deal for Nu Brown seems to have come up after the Dogs signed Liam Knight.

The impression Gus gave on 100% Footy the other night was that who would be removed from the Top 30 would be decided over the next couple of days.

The Dogs are currently paying 31 NRL players (32 technically, although Reynolds probably got a one off payment).

I suspect Nu Brown agreed to jack shit at the time Liam Knight was signed.

Yeah, you have to have ( or have had ) at least thirty players signed to your squad, but you can have as many as you want provided they fit under the cap.
