The key is shopping them now and not in another 12 months. As you say, plenty of other clubs would see those blokes as attractive options and potentially take on most of their salary (prolly not Barlow at 950K though FFS)... But yeah, gotta move now because they will be decidedly less attractive 12 months from now if current form trajectory is any guide....

Don't play stupid games mate. If he was a great and powerful attacking weapon he would be in the starting team. Do you think he's going from development squad ($60k per year) to $300k or more? Minimum salary is $120k. It's a good upgrade for him, and well worth it for a player who will spend possibly the entire year in reserve grade, where he is one of the best tackle breakers.

Next year the great and powerful Zac Cini will be in the top 510 paid players, in Parras Top 30.

Cini is a dangerous attacking player as I've stated and will be signed commensurate with the demand for him. If he's as shit as you say there won't be much demand and he'll be cheap. If he's truly great and powerful then it's our gain. Either way your gotcha falls flat.
