You didn't provide a source for your assertion last week that Mahoney is on 700K+ per year at the Dogs...
Was busy eating and I thought it was pretty much general knowledge by now.
No, you didn't. I went back and checked. You linked an article saying he signed for 650K. I've seen another interweb page saying it was 600K, but anyway... You then went on about supposed TPA's that some people "closer to the players/club" would know more about and passed that off as some sort of factual source. I have not seen anything posted by you, or anyone, from a legitimate source saying that Mahoney is on more than 700K.oh yes I did, short memories
Pretty tough at about 7am on a saturday or sunday morning. How hard can it be to pull on some undies and step into a pair of thongs?

Any reason why Blaize name is not on the nrl Eels development list?Furthermore acquiring 60 game centres like Harper is understandable when you have someone like Talaigi on the books who could be anything. Tracey would have been nice but he’d be too expensive for our immediate needs. Harper is exactly what was required.
First eat then shit.thats generally what people say when they're on the shitter
He still is top30 on Zero tackle with PO for 25.Any reason why Blaize name is not on the nrl Eels development list?
Just an oversight on their part?
Development players can now play nrl from round 1?
NRL and Eels official sites had him in the top 30 and then removed him. He wasn’t added to the development list on NRL.com but he still featured in training photos before Christmas. It’s possible he was incorrectly listed in the top 30, and then when someone pointed out the error he was removed without then being added to the development list on the NRL site. Or he might just be on a train-and-trial contract for the preseason but I doubt it. Least likely is that he is in the top 30 this year, or else why was his profile removed from the official sites. Some merkin had to actually make an effort to do that, so it’s not just a matter of oversight.Any reason why Blaize name is not on the nrl Eels development list?

I guess we’ll find out how much of Souths’ success was down to him (and Maguire) and how much was due to Russell Crowe.
Tim Sheens has also been very successful in the past.No doubt the success he had at Sharks & Penrith was also to someone elses credit
Were players really responsible for shutting down their opposite number, even back then? I’m sure defence has always been a team effort.
Thanks for proving my point. At every NRL club (other than Cowboys) he went to he brought success. That is what talent does and that is what Richo has done over a proven track record.Tim Sheens has also been very successful in the past.
I’m sure they have to look like they’re doing something. They just shouldn’t expect any major improvement. The club isn’t fundamentally changing even if they sack everyone involved.
We haven’t won a premiership (or even made the finals every year) since Max Donnelly reformed our governance structure and stepped down as Chairman in 2018 - a fundamental change at the club - but we have won at a much higher rate. If we had sacked Brad Arthur after 2018, as many hoped, we would be crediting the improved fortunes on the new coach rather than the improved governance at the highest levels of the club.
But just sacking coaches, football managers or CEOs is just shuffling deck chairs. Are the Roosters strong because of Robinson or their executive staff? I’m sure Politis could get the appropriate resources for whichever management staff he replaced them with. Likewise at the Tigers and Eels.
So if we were able to replace Arthur, O’Neill or Sarantinos with better performers, it would mean that the board had managed to develop the level of resourcing needed to attract the better staff.
This isn’t trolling just because you can’t get your stupid head around it. It’s a reasonable discussion about the fundamental strength of NRL clubs.
