You seem to have spread the blame across everyone at the club including the tea lady there.

The difference between Dangerous Contact 1 (fine) and Dangerous Contact 2 (suspension) is that Sivo tackled him hard. He got 3 weeks because of priors.

Chest to player contact is a great ball n all tackle these days unless you hurt him or he stays down. Not sure what you want a big merkin like Sivo do when he is jamming in. Not jam in on a small guy I guess.

Its not Sivo's first rodeo here with head high tackles jamming in off his wing.

Its been a constant theme in his career. How many suspesnions has he copped during his career because of it i reckon 6 or 7 now.

If it was Sean Russell for example well you could be disappointed but can forgive it as he got it wrong it was the first time it has happened with him hopefully he will learn from it.

As lazy as Sivo is on the field at times he is no help whatsoever spending 4-6 weeks every season on the sidelines with a poor tackling technique.

The game has changed you cant hit a bloke high no matter how tall, big & strong you are.

Players have to adjust clearly Sivo isn't getting the message or he doesn't give a toss.

Either way BA & staff ain't addressing the issue properly otherwise it wouldn't keep happening.

Look I get it, Junior Poulo gets penalised for when merkins hit their head on his chest too. He doesn't use his chest as a weapon, but inertia happens. If you watch the tape, Sivo hits him legal, but AJ's head continues forward into his chest.

I fully understand it's a penalty these days, but it is treated the same way a shoulder pushed up into the jaw is. Not the same IMHO but the penalty is the same.

Sivo reaps what he sows. Loadings will bite him and the coach will find someone else.

If Simonsson fit, surely between him and Harper we can make do with one a centre, the other on wing

If Simonsson is not fit…. Cartwright at centre, Tuilagi/Matterson (if fit) on edge?

If we use Harper or Dunster, or even a young fringe player, or whom ever it is shows that they can defend on the wing then it should make it very hard for Sivo to get back in.

It seems obvious that the coaching staff cant do anything with him to help his defense.

He scored a try yesterday, sure, but he let a few in so he finished the day in the red

I don't understand the fascination with Cartwright at centre.

Simonsson, if fit or Dunster would be the two easiest choices. And Dunster has found some speed again and certainly rucks the ball out as well as Russell and a lot better than Sivo.

I don’t like Cartwright at centre either but I think sadly Dunster is still off pace. He does ruck well but I think he’d largely be just a body out there

According to training reports Dunster seems to be running freely and capably. The trial games also suggests he is running pretty well.
I think it’s less a speed issue, more a fitness problem. He just hasn’t been able to get back to pre-injury levels

Yep, it’s an acceptable risk.

Don't waste your energy arguing with a penaut.

I thought he carted ball strongly and made good reads in defense. Yet to see his speed but.

After Harper I think Asi would be the next man in. He can play centre. Lethal step & fast. It is where he should be in NSW CUP.

I could've scored Sivo's try yesterday, even after a huge night out in Phuket.

There were suggestions that he had a health issue that had to be sorted that was causing problems and that has been addressed. If we are talking fitness problems, I would argue that he looks fitter and more committed than Sivo.
