I would prefer we bring a 33 year old Ken Sio back from the Thirlmere Roosters then sign that princess Nofaluma.

Melbourne didnt want him back and there pretty good judges on character & performance.

He was an average coach and got average to very slightly above average results. Much better then what we where used to for sure. We basically where the Tigers

Without presuming to speak for Avenger (but I will!), I don't think for a moment he was suggesting the boo'ing never happened. I think he was inferring, by his query, it was a very long bow to draw to suggest that merkins who post on this Forum were a party to it. There were plenty of JA critics around here but suggesting those critics were one and the same as the braying dolts booing him at the ground is an unsubstantiated stretch.

There's at least one one poster who still seems totally distraught by the situation, to the point it might be best if they logged out and took a break for a while and let the adults talk footy...

Plenty of other players have been booed over the years. I'm not the type to boo or cheer.
A wise man would know that the situation JA was put in if failed was going to lead to harsh criticism from fans. It is rugby league not ballet and the type of people.l following are maybe a little different I would say.
I think JA was thrown to the wolves far to early in his career. That's on the coach and recruiting team. He just wasn't ready and should not of been put under that type of pressure. Only special talents should taste NRL at age 18. Personal opinion of course but most coaches and clubs seem to share it.
I hope JA kicks on and proves the doubters wrong. Seems like a great honest kid.
