Apparently when Ivan Cleary came in he reduced their offer to Moses by $300k and Moses immediately signed with Parra....

There is still the 10 day cooling off period to follow....didn't Moses supposedly sign with the Roosters in the off-season before reneging on the deal?

If Moses really wants out immediately, I presume he can agree to waive the cooling off period. Surely that must have happened in the case of mid-season transfers like Peats / Paulo etc.

Maybe it's a clever ploy by the tigers. We pay his salary this year which will free up enough cash for them to keep the big four.
