That's a risky game, approaching them for a release if nothing is signed. I'd say he's signed, and maybe Isaac (being the bottom feeder he is) was trying to play that one final hand to get the million a year (if that's truly what they offered).

"Hey, he's signed here, wants to go now, can we have a release or is that million back on the table?"

Doubt they offer Moses 1.1 and Brooks 550k. I imagine the offer was perhaps 200k more then Brooks. 250k MAX.

It says to me they made him the fall guy tbh ... teddy and woods priority - brooks settles for the cheaper coin, bye bye mitch

I dont think Moses did himself any favours with his recent comments about wanting to be somewhere that will play finals footy .... it was a very 22 year old comment - not much maturity .... if you want the big $$$s then you need to be heavily responsible for getting to finals footy

Well that's it. I fail to see how they could sign all 4, then re-sign Nofoaluma and McQueen.

If they really thought they could re-open negotiations in the future, they would release a stament along the lines of "We have been assured Mitchell has not signed elsewhere for 2018 and wants to remain at the club" or some shit like that.
