I don't think Lomax will come back, but I think people not wanting him back are having a bit of a lend...

Whatever his mental demons are, he's a NSW, and Australian winger - he's miles ahead of anyone else we have, except The Foxx.

If he was to ask to come back, we would be silly not to entertain the idea.

Of course, Ryles would need to ensure that Lomax would be 100% committed to the club.

Id happily bring him back. Becuaee if get his head right he can be the best winger in game.
Tooʻ looks broken. Coates isn't that much better.
It's probably a toss up between them. Im not a fan of that Marky mark guy. For every great thing he does he has brain explosions.
Tbf lomax has just as many brain explosions if not more but is much better coming out of our own end.

Anyone going to that open training session?
I hope it is just an exhibition of the sick RL skills rather than wrestling drills.
I'd have:
1. 20 minutes of slick red zone backline moves (from scrums or other)
2. 20 minutes of heads-up football skills (I don't know what this would be).
3. 20 minutes of 40-20 practice.
4. 40 minutes of towel whipping Ryan Matterson.
5. Other - maybe conversation practice.
6. 10 minutes of Moses yelling at Da Silva.
7. BBQ with 10 minutes of fans towel whipping Matterson.

Yea actually Matto was hobbling around today on some Injury to a foot...

Simminson was in the shed with the recovery team.
Barlow on a chair in a leg boot.

Moses didn't do any contact work.

Brown is a Huge dude could be a surprise packet next season.

We have bugger all outside backs Nanva, Russell, Moey Mk2, Tago where taking bombs. Nanva has the build to make it just needs the ability.

Surprised... Not at all Pezet wasn't There.

Not sure why Fletcher hasn't been talked about as the 5/8 in 2027 he is bigger faster and probably just as skillful as Lorenzo.

I still do not get the Da Silva signing he is probably on more than Smith but Smith is million times the better player and IT shows through how he trains

Not sure who it was but someone from probably flegg/reserves is the new club leader when it comes to fitness edging out the current leader Ryley Smith in every run/bronco. - could have been fletcher.

Teancum Brown is huge, he also beat Sam Tuivaiti and many others in the 200m and 400m runs. Could be a smokie debutant. Already rewarded with a yellow shirt that signifies a top trainer. Tuivaiti retuning from knee also, but in full training.

The outside back in the green tee , could have been Nanva looks like a weapon. Big upper body and skilful.

That was Fletcher don't think they were going at 100% for the 100s

Yeah Brown is big!

I think Nanva could be a potential first grade option he just needs to get that defence in shape

The soccer player shed things on the sideline got blown over
If that was the highlight that is an atrocity, and again if so I really think the NRL should take over club fan days and open training sessions and show them it is done.

It wasn't a fan day. It was an open Training session with an unofficial player signing after.

It was good to watch the team interact during training. They kept it professional the whole time.

It sounds like typical NRL club effort went into though. I'm just going off your feedback here. It sounds like I'd rather go to brunch with my ex in-laws.

If you are interested in how the team trains and also get players signatures plus a photo it's a good day.

I walked into a lift and saw this huge giant of an african american man in a marines uniform.

I nodded and said, G'day, you're a big dude. He said Sir, Six foot 6, 350 pounds, Turner Brown.

I heard what he said and fainted.

When I came to, the same man was holding me, he said, sir, are you ok? This is Turner. I said, aaaah, i think so. I thought you asked me to turn around.

Fletcher could be the one for 27 then. Great fitness, big body and I've heard his speed is pretty good.

Yeah those sprints were at the end of a two hr session, was getting into the 30s then, Fletcher must have great stamina as nobody could touch Riley this time last year.

Great to hear fletcher looks the goods. He was an aussie schoolboy too right? Him and Lorenzo battling it out for the halves spot will be interesting. I wonder how ready theyll be for opportunities this year? Much rather give our other halves spot to someone with a long term future at the eels tbh especially the way Ryles has approached the brown and lomax situation
