Heath Mason, think he’s on a dev contract starting next year. Utility player similar to Connor Watson, we mainly played him at fullback last year in Ball and Flegg.
Ah that's Heath, cheers for that Vic. I heard he's a goodin but then again, every player is until proven a dud ha ha.

He has certainly beefed up.Highly rated fullback but looks like he could end up in the back row.
I thought he was a centre. Geez.
Remember the days we went to LO or Lidcombe armed with the sacred big league mag rolled up in our back pocket.
We'd get there before lunch to watch the youngins play right through to first grade.
You would check the big league for details of players you didn't know.
Now they play on different days or different venues.
Unless dedicated to watch a particular grade each round it's hard to know who's who in the zoo.....and if you live interstate like me...no chance.

The highly regarded centre who also played in the champion wests Harold Matt’s team is Will Craig.

That works to a point as even if you're spared their posts they still kill any momentum of worthwhile discussion...it's just hijacked every time and those wanting to contribute their perspective just don't bother as it becomes a waste of effort.
So very true.
My list of people I ignore is growing to the point they will soon outnumber those I read.

Hopefully the Olam signing works out, but it's got me concerned. His form fell off a cliff last year. Bellamy basically gave up on him after his defensive efforts in the prelim. If Bellyache couldn't get him to stop rushing in I can't see him improving at the Tigers. Our defense on the egdes is already diabolical without adding another poor defender. His running game will be good for us though.

I hope for W/T sake, there was a thorough medical done before he signed on.

Because late last he was a turnstyle in defence.

His style of D requires him to be contact fit, and confident. Coming back from a broken arm doesn't help. It can take a whole season to regain his confidence to go all in on D.
I expect him to be eased in with To'a and Naden our centres.
Then again, with a full on preseason under his belt and some minutes in the trials he may come good early and possibly start the season.

If he gets us over the try line more than he lets in, I'll be happy.

It depends on what was happening at the storm last year, I read somewhere, that the storm team, were not at their best in attack last season, so if true, I wonder if that had anything to do with things, besides of course his injury?

Anyway, he's here, I predict 11 tries from him.

I can't recall but he should have had Nofo outside him for that handful of games leading into their finals run of '22 ? I hope they clicked then
