I’m at South Mission Beach, beautiful spot, but it is absolutely pissing down now and flooding the place.

He’s a pretty fair player, I think we should make a sensible offer.

A lot of quality smug have been siphoned off and as he has to consider the cons of staying with a weaker side.

That said, the core group of Ivan and co still hold the magic dust and have been able to cover the vicissitudes of the cycle of league.

Does he stay solid or sell out?

its win/win for him and I take this opportunity to support his career. He’s got a bit of the mug in him, the price of feeling alive. Massive talent.

Unfortunately for smug, they know their betters (us!).

Went with “ strumpet faded white” long sleeve vintage el Target shirt replete with undissolved mild stains adorning small areas.

Visual integrity thence saved by the addition of an imported mostly navy blue tie with floral rose and tulip design. Not quite thick enough but compromises need to be made when dealing with the modern day English textile worker. One can’t have ones cake and eat it too.

Somewhat alarmingly, the tie is vaguely reminiscent of that worn by Jarryd Hayne during his latter court appearance.

An unfortunate and unnerving co-incidence, but I’m not going to bin my British floral tie collection because of that muppet.

Unlike Jarryd, no “cuff” links.

Yeh ol rusty guts seems to do this sort of thing. I'm numb to the whole rock show tbh. Nothing surprises me anymore.
Maybe I'm numb because it's so bloody cold down here in Tassie ha ha.

Massive $4.5m news in Luai contract twist as $1m chance goes begging

If they could sell him the dream of greatness by getting us to the finals, it may work, the pennies are prioritising there cap spend on other players?

But he’ll probably stay there for a $1?????, but nothing to see there.

Luai is one player I do not want at this club, I can't stand his antics and smugness.

Talented, scored against us in first round for memory, he's a bit of show off but I would sign him at unders. We need a marquee experienced ½/⅝ for a year to show these youngens what to do. Something tells me though that Latu Fainu is going to get the gig early. Fulton reckons he's the next big thing.... we'll see.

Which leads me to another observation in the Tim era.

The boys, we don’t usually play with puffed out chests, dominance or sense of entitlement.

It’s about time we recaptured a bit of pride and cheek.

We run out these days and it’s like the boys are dreading a therapy session

On their way to a Rugby league players anonymous meeting.

@blue bags used to run them when he played.

Yep, but we are coming stone motherless for 2 in a row and he is from the 2 times premiers, I don’t think he will come, but imo, we have to put our own morals a side till we start winning, the guy for all his faults, is a winner.

We need a winner.

I will also add, I think most elite players have a bit of smug about them, we only hate em, when they are not playing for us?

As I said, it may not happen, but I hope we are asking the question? You can never overtake if you stay behind them.

I’m thinking Fulton, he’s putting some respect back in the roster ( or trying to).

Plus it seems he has the full support of the insurgents and rebels in management roles in the club civil war. The battle of Concord.

It seems the days of trying to bribe marquee and recruitment wlf are over.

True TM, but Cleary makes him look good and look at the other players that surround him. The tiges would need a better balanced side imo.
The way he jumps all over the try scorer is over the top. I wish one day he would do a SOO Woodsy flying leap and land on his face
