Weird signing for the Knights. He and Hastings are very similar players, not sure they work as a 6 & 7. You dont sign a guy for 3 years as a backup so they see him in the NRL so yeah wouls say Gamble or Jacko on the way out

What Tim has to do is successfully deflect blame onto others, but he’s limited because he can’t devolve the blame to his hand picked coaching side and incumbents.

He can blame injuries, but other clubs have injuries.

He can blame players, but that means they should never have been actually signed and @Vic Mackey reminds us, long contracts too for underperforming ones.

And blaming players, we have too many that are struggling. Plus he’s the one who has determined they should play.

So it’s going to be instructive how he explains he catastrophe of this season.

It’s not going to wash, but we should hear him out.

He’s not too good at these things, he needs some help creating plausible excuses.

Strange you bring this up because I was thinking the same about how coaches, CEO's and chairman are quick to make excuses and blame everyone right down to the ballboys/girls for our failure.
Instead just say it's unacceptable but they are working hard to fix it.
Be totally honest and transparent with supporters.

Waiting for other people at work to get stuff sorted.

Speculating about how Tim and co can justify seeing their contracts out.

I know there’s been some shadow boxing about recruitment, but tbh I see it as less of a worry than addressing the coaching issue.

Because we have at least some decent players who could be doing a lot better.

And all this hard work and trying hasn’t helped.

And we are promised more of the same.

Tim desperately needs a new vision and insights into coaching, I’m not encouraging him turn to drugs, but to things like meditation and praying.

Vegetarianism, go ocean diving, bond with a sea slug.

Anything but what he thinks is right because currently he is the undisputed village idiot of the NRL coaching ranks with no idea and no answers.

He makes for a sad and pathetic sight, mumbling on with his catatonic footy phrasing.

And is in need of significant help.

Pass the pity bucket of tears for Tim, don’t have his impending sacking on your conscience for the rest of your life.

4yr+ contracts, are they worse or better than paying overs for 2yrs because that's what I'm seeing happening now, however overs plus 4yrs would be suicide. I hope we never get into cap trouble again.
