There certainly needs to be a conversation with him, if that’s there thinking.
But I do believe he’ll end up there, where ever he goes.
Tbh, I like the idea of having both in the team.

I like the idea of both of them in the team but I'm not sure where you play both of them. I think Galvin looks more like a small forward at this point but he hasn't been playing well. He might get some form back soon and than we can reassess.

I don't think we should get into a bidding war for Galvin.

In DV cases if the victim doesn't cooperate or withdraws the police have to, as they won't get a guilty conviction.

Some time ago you may remember the Dylan walker case? Not only did they have the victims statement, but an independent witness statement who saw the whole thing, and CCTV footage of the incident.

The victim withdrew and the police proceeded anyway, which is what I would have done if I was them. They were reprimanded in court and the case was thrown out due to lack of victim cooperation.

Not saying I agree with it, it's just the way it is. The system is farked
Generally if there’s cctv showing the violent physical act police will proceed because there is evidence. When all you have is statement/s from witnesses who won’t turn up at court they withdraw because they cannot offer any evidence unless they witnessed the actual event.

It's only been one game and TBF a lot of good judges think Gal is the second coming.
If we start winning (and we should), I don't see why he wouldn't stay.
I think he will get a big offer and we will better it if we can (as long as it's not silly money, i.e. more than Luai), but again, a few of those judges don't see him as a 6 or 7, more a 13.
I'd like to keep both him and L Fainu, Fainu will probably want to stay with his brothers, but the salary cap may determine that.

That's not true mate. With the Dylan Walker case the independant witness was at court willing to give evidence. The CCTV showed the whole thing.

Even with that all that evidence, without the support and evidence of the actual victim, it was thrown out.

I don't agree with that, but that's the law.

Still a big if, but if we were to sign May (and he's a success at centre), we will have Makasini coming through at some stage this year. Could be a good match for us and hopefully solve one of our biggest problem positions.

I'm not getting why it is taking so long for the NRL to make a decision on Olam.
If I had a consultation with a specialist about a knee problem and he looked at the x-rays I'm pretty sure he could make a diagnoses straight away.
The surgeon is confused that his tailbone is connected to his ankle and that's causing a hold up.

It shouldn't be hard at all. It's the other knee to the one he hurt while with the storm so it's clear it's a new injury.

Maybe they've got Dr Nick Riviera on staff at NRL HQ

Yeah. That combined with them sending it to the bunker for a definitive decision.

I think with the nrl they would have to have some type of conference between club docs and nrl docs or docs on nrl payroll. Anyone thinking its a quick process is dreaming.,

The knights should offer him a revised contract for 10 years on minimum wage. That would be amusing

Funny....a few years ago he was proclaiming how he wanted to make a million dollars a year. Have to wonder why he'd be concerned about security if he's an elite player? I won't be surprised when he makes himself at home up there and slips into something comfortable.
