I don’t have a problem with Green getting the gig provided that there’s a proper process involving people applying and being interviewed etc. if they interview 2-3 candidates and Green comes out of that looking like the guy who can implement the changes needed then I will give him benefit of the doubt. I just don’t like the idea that it was decided by committee a number of weeks ago that Green is the best option without making him apply for the gig or being open to other applicants.

The people that have been calling for O’Brien’s head will be the same that whinge about whoever the new coach will be after we lose 3-4 games on the trot. And to replace him with someone because the players like him? The guys don’t need a friend, they need an ass kicking.
Unpopular option (especially in the sack AOB thread haha), but the end of 2023 was pretty special to be a knights fan. That Raiders/knights finals game atmosphere will be hard to top, so I’m thankful to him for that
