BAHAHAHAHAHAH yeah righto champHow about we wait and see how the rebuild unfolds........say mid 2027.......... before we jump the gun and sack him. With Keaon coming, Atkinson with a full season as a playmaker, the couchies, Hamish, Egan, LPT, Halangau with more NRL under their belts, Reed and Atko as our halves, maybe a few recruits like Bula, Xerri, Barnett type middle shake loose, our CEO/DA/Lancaster/Creigh tap into some extra TPA sources and we become successful and consistent.......do you still want him gone???
Chopping and changing will only prolonged the rebuild/success. If we are still a bottom half of the ladder team in mid 2027, I'll lead the sack Flanno rallies

Its true 0-4.With two new clubs coming in, nabbing players and coaches, it really is the worst time in history to be coming dead last and no way out.
I know I sound like a sad sap but really frustrating when we could see the slow motion trainwreck coming and then the coach literally calls us no chance before a game has been played. With PNG and Bears now going all out, and given leg ups, our rebuild is going to be a drawn out process.
I believe every coach especially experienced coaches should only be given 2 years to turn a club around, Mr Peptides has been given more, however, the club has gone backwards, he is dirty over the backlash towards Kyle Flanagan. Mr Peptides(Sharks man) + the Bullcheat/Sharks man Ennis don't give a shit, they get money for nothing, then go home, happy days, piss on the Red V. Dean Young is another, however he's just not for coaching, just like his father. Time to find a replacement NOW, not let's wait until the end of the year, or let see how we go in 2027.I am officially on board with this movement.
The board dont have the balls to sack him.The fox sports coverage was more interested in on coach Flanagans box the game was boring the worst game ever.
The coach all game couldn't sit down he looked sick he knows that his job is now over in the Nrl.
When crowds sink to 5000 per home game, just maybe those merkins, may have no other choice. The board dont have the balls to sack him.
The tight ass merkins dont want to pay him out.
Ah ya back ya f$&ken pest were you a spitter at the Lance Thompson memorial come on tell the truth ya grub .BAHAHAHAHAHAH yeah righto champ![]()
YepI've followed the Dragons since 1975. My Dad took me to both the 1977 GF's, and me and a few mates went to the 1979 GF on our own as 14 year olds. I sat at the Olympic Stadium in 1999 for about an hour after the end of the game in a state of shock. Our family is Red & White through and through. For the first time in 50 years I'm feeling worn down by it all. I really thought this would be a season we showed some really good signs of improvement; but alas it's another false dawn. I don't want to make any emotional comments like "I'm done" etc, etc; but I finding my emotional attachment to the Club fraying. I'm the most down I've felt in 45 years regarding the Club. I've become numbed to it all. Sorry folks, I'm usually a "glass half full" person, but I'm on my knees in terms of supporting the Club.

CorrectKevvie Walters?!
Over. My. Dead. Body.
I'd be giving Arthur a very wide berth, too and though I agree that Wallace has the skinny on the Penrith system, knowledge doesn't necessarily make for a successful coach. Roy Masters was a very astute man, but he couldn't guide the cracking team we had then to a premiership.
As much as it pains me to say it, we might have to suck it up and stick with Flanno and concentrate on recruitment (props, wingers, halves, fullback) and retention (Couchies, Egan, Stewart, Truck, Reed, Buchanan, etc) so we don't lose any more Fords and Garricks and Robson's and Tamale's.

UDGE, the bit I didn't add was that at the conclusion of the 2010 GF, my oldest son who was 15 years of age at the time, found me in tears. He put his arm around me and asked me quietly "are you OK Dad"? I told him I was really happy but melancholy that his grandfather, my father, who had died that year was not alive to be with us to watch win. It would have been even sweeter to have three generations (grandfather, father, son) all on hand to watch us collect the trophy. Our entire family is devastated. My oldest son, is about to become a father himself this year (to a son) and he told me two weeks back that he will let our grandson pick an NRL club and not lump the Dragons on him. Fair enough as well.
Yeah so true, the Fraudagan Dynasty is amazing to witnessSo gratifying to hear that, MatteS. Something I assumed would be the case.Seem the perfect foil to each other. From day one, always thought Flano was more interested in building a dynasty and a legacy. Dreaming much more than simply premierships. Think Manchester United rather than A League.

Can start on Saturday with a boycott of the game against the Cowboys, they'd sack Flanno in moments if no one but Cowboys fans showed upWhen crowds sink to 5000 per home game, just maybe those merkins, may have no other choice.
So, LKT’s grandmother is OK in attack ya reckon? It’s gonna get a whole lot worse now unless we bring Reed in early and that might not go as well as some cum dunts wish on here but he’s a special talent so fingers crossed . But eh ya got ya wish Kyle’s gone . I hope your right because otherwise yep we might be f$&ked . I’ll say this Atkinson has really done f$&k all yet except one or two moments and a f$&k load of errors and missed tackles. LKT couldn’t tackle his grandmother. Kyle just had the wrong last name. O Neil is just park footy at best . The only one that had anything in him is now gone for a while I’d say . Sometimes ya got to be careful what ya wish for.
