Not as easy as using facts. Bennett has won 7 premierships as a coach. He's won finals games as coach of 4 different clubs in 4 different decades.

McGregor has done jack shit and shows no signs of ever doing more

So basically he's been coaching the team for nearly 4 and a half years.
2 finals appearances for a possible 2 losses isn't exactly an enviable record.
There are far better qualified coaches not employed in the NRL presently who have actually won premierships or reached grand finals at least once in their career. Go figure.

Mate, I am thebigredv, that was my old nickname. No I am not ok but thanks for asking. That post was made after a game like last week when there was no reason to lose against a lowly ranked team with nothing to play for and we were getting thrashed. It is just one of many insipid performances our boys put on under McGregor.

Rugby league and St George and the St George Illawarra Dragons have been my life. Since the age of about 8 I was absolutely addicted to rugby league and St George. For the better part of 6 or 7 years I have had that part of my life taken from me. As someone said, the fans are vital to the existence of this club and our presence has been purely taken for granted, our wallets raided all to keep the boy's club and the brand happy.

There is nothing left to say about Paul McGregor, his retention and his ability - after 400 pages and many more elsewhere it has all been said before. There's no one left with passion for this club in a decision making position. No one.

This is his 4th full season in charge. He's rebuilt the team from the mess price made. He also reached a Grand Final in 1999.

It's easy to dress it up like that but every real supporter can see behind your agenda. The true supporters prefer to take a pragmatic approach, your opinion doesn't matter, you're a fan, not a CEO or coach. Know your place and respect it. If you're not happy with the team, go support another. Simple stuff.
