Your assumption is we have a Board.

What we have are old dinosaur relics hell bent on preserving their jobs at all cost - I think they are likely in breach of their Director responsibilities. How can we get a copy of then Board charter?

If the members have to agree to not be disparaging of the club and make no bad / negative comments re roster or coaching them just imagine what the players must have to sign in their contract.
Absolutely no chance players are going to risk their livelihood.

Its funny when he was a young fellow he was very humble i remember when the Steelers asked him to play for them he turned up played reserve grade and left walking out with the crowd he wasn't overly interested in being a fulltime player.

Fast forward now and he blames the fans for the teams terrible displays and has that shit eating smirk on his face.

I find that situation to be somewhat sad , as a player he always gave 100% , he was solid and dependable , and when he tackled , they knew that they had been tackled .

It is a shame that the transition from player to coach never proved to be as successful .
What is even worse is that the ' powers to be ' realise this , yet they continue to allow an individual , who represented both the Steelers and the Dragons with distinction , to operate in a field that is unfortunately beyond his capabilities .

Sadly 8000 fools who don't realize that change is needed or that we die. If nobody renewed we would suddenly have the power to effect positive change - not just change but desperately needed positive change.
