Newcastle is a better side to watch than the Dragons at least they have some form of attack and should have won a lot more games.

This is how it's going to go down

The excuse will be Masoe's injury - he was the size we needed. And Marshall was always injured.

But it's gonna be a new year, with Masoe & Tariq having a full preseason, so we're gonna be real real good!

Half way through 2017 when we are still shit, fans will getting shitty & start calling for Doust's head as well..... THEN he will be sacked

Then another one of the 'boys' will take over

Rinse, repeat, til Doust dies

So Mary said in the post match interview he was hampered by the lack of suitable backup players due to salary cap restrictions, who is getting all the cap money

I've had a crap week, tonight is the icing on cake!
Sorry mate.

This is as low as it gets really. Never in the history of supporting this time have I seen such a poor team, so poorly coached and everyone at the Dragons just standing around watching. The hole is getting deeper.

Yeah, Lockyer was a great player and seems like a decent guy but perfect example of someone who has no business being in front of a TV camera, except that he's a "legend", part of the boys club, and was probably promised a media job years ago. The only top flight ex-players I can think of that have gone on to be reasonably articulate and have something of substance to say are Mark Gasnier, Greg Alexander & Peter Sterling, and surprisingly Gorden Tallis (mostly because he's prepared to call a spade a spade). I can see current guys like Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk doing a decent job too.

Maybe the example of average players like Bennett & Bellamy becoming great coaches is something that would translate well into the media as well.
Greg Alexander? Really? The guy speaks English like it's his second language but.

Portugal won the Euro2016, NSW wins Game 3, but as usual Dragons let me down....and if the Club bothers to take any notice, they should be hitting panic button. Crowds, membership will drop, no FTA games means sponsors may decide to pull back and vicious circle of trying to attract players to all of the above. Mary has to go and frankly I can't hack this crap again in 2017. But there is so much more wrong with our club you could write a book.

To think that Cleary and Toovey are still currently jobless, while Coach McMuppet bangs on with his tripe week in, week out...

Do you think the board even know how to dial a f**king phone in order to see what the pair are doing?

And yet we have tabled an offer of $800k a season to Corey Norman, our cap issues can't be that bad.
Mary has made the decision to invest in players like McCrone, marketo, KFFL who simply aren't first graders but also have guys like havili and Milne who simply aren't given a fair go either ..... Poor selections rather than no one suitable is the bigger issue...

We do need some strengthening in the squad but by far our problem is our coaching.
We first need a good coach and then work on the squad. I would hate to think we will loose Thompson because of the signing of sims.
