Sack Nathan Brown

Given the circumstances it seems most people are giving him the benefit of the doubt which makes sense.

I just felt our structure and game plan was poor at times. Our roster was fairly decent although it was injury impacted.

Anyway no excuses next year - with SJ coming home, and an even better roster, time for a top 5 finish.

Quite aside from other factors, the run of injuries we've had this year were significant.

Last year we had some significant injuries in the front row and struggled with the forwards and I remember saying “next year (2021) we’re due some luck with injuries”.

Well, we did get some luck - terrible luck. I’m not going to make the same mistake and say the same thing, but If were able to have a good year injury wise, I think with that and SJ returning we’d be sitting pretty around 6th spot

Know the feeling well !!! Have been saying the same thing for the last 3 seasons with no improvement so will keep my trap shut this summer lol

The team looks so disorganised both in attack and in defence.

2 huge props but they prefer to pass at the line rather than settling the team down by taking a few hard runs

no line speed in defence

the team has gone backwards under Brown

I would rather sack him then ruin another season with him

Mentioned it in the match thread, but how can Brown send Lodge back on after his efforts before he went off, especially after the Evans debacle against the Sharks

OK. If Brown goes, and since Robinson recruited him you would think he will be given significant chances, who would we recruit? What good coach would take on this rabble? And why?
Then we would go through a whole round of recruiting new players. Again which good players would come here, no matter that they will charge well over the odds? Again why? Just for the money? We already have plenty of them.
Could Gus have seen the writing on the wall? An owner with no NRL experience. A CEO with a background in horse racing.
We are rapidly heading for the bottom of the table,

Who is coming off the bottom of the table? Broncos looking good although a few important players moving on. Bulldogs are going to be way better next year and their wooden spoon position belies their efforts this year.

Tigers looking bad. Maybe a tussle between us and them for the spoon. In fact, I predict a final round game between us and the Tigers with the spoon on the line and they win 50-0.

I believe Nathan Brown now has the worst coaching record of all the Warriors coaches.
Can anyone confirm this? Leaguenut?

Should they look for a new coach, and given the reality of them being based in Aus for the next 1-2 years, it may present an easier opportunity to sign an above average coach given relocation to NZ for said coach, is off the table.
