The Sharkies can definitely win this game, but the last thing they should do is hope that the nuts fall off the Cowboys in the 2nd half. What they need to reproduce from the Bruce Stadium match is to defend like their lives depend upon it, play for each other like their lives depend upon it and keep turning up until there is no hope of the opposition getting back into the game. No going into their shell. No defending a lead. Keep taking the game to the opposition.
If you're complacent you're gonna lose. If you're hoping the other team are disadvantaged by not having a week off, you're gonna lose. If you think that you've only got to turn up on the night and the game is yours, you're gonna lose. If you think that because it is being played in Sydney you have an advantage, you're gonna lose. If you don't give proper respect for the ability of the team you are playing against, you're gonna lose.
Is that what you want? They are easy traps to fall into. If you want to win don't think that it'll happen any other way than if you make it happen. Because the Cowboys will be looking to make it happen.
PS If Gallen the ball hog is the hat that he wears, you're gonna lose. Tell that overrated oaf to pull his head in and let the halves get some ball and be creative. You guys play better without him.
