Kent should be sued for that article
Grossly distorted representation of the minutes.

What is really getting up everyone's nose is that you can't tell any of us, that exactly the same sort of issues are at every club, the great Gus even suggested as much
The difference obviously is the nutters prepared to sacrifice the club at the altar of their so called brilliance
Next question, what good is Shoebox as apparently his expertise was used to go through and ensure there were no problems, or because they were done in 2013/2014 he had to leave them,
I don't know who suggested it, but perhaps our club could say that until all clubs are scrutinised forensically like we are, we should have any punishment deferred
Have you read the minutes they have referred to though?
It's far from clear that they intended the meaning that the Fitzgerald / telegraph / miscellaneous whiteanter campaign has attributed to them.
Best thing besides a GF win.It will be a massive win if we save the points and f**k the clowns off
They can pay for their Vegas trip themselves
Brent Reed said it himself on triple M last week when he revealed that he chatted to un named ceo at another club who told him that you'd have to be a fool to think that this sort of stuff with TPA's doesn't happen at other clubs... Our problem is that we just don't have directors that are street wise and experienced enough to keep us out of the limelight...this board needs to step down.
He's a maggot we all know that but we're not exactly doing ourselves any favors by giving him attention..f**k him
Bring on the next lot of stupid merkins who will do the exact some shit as the last 2 groups of morons......
Just like how you put pou on ignore?
It's all the media's fault really.
The club has never done anything wrong ever, unless Spags was in charge.
NRL to scrutinise third-party deals in the wake of more allegations of salary cap breaches at Parramatta
Updated Fri at 2:32pm
The NRL has vowed to scrutinise third party deals between clubs and their players more carefully in the wake of the league confirming Parramatta's books will continue to be investigated.
Australian Rugby League Commission chairman John Grant met with Parramatta chairman Steve Sharp and chief executive John Boulous on Thursday night following more allegations the Eels may have breached salary cap regulations with benefits awarded to third-party providers.
Grant said for the benefit of Eels fans and members it was important for the NRL to get to the bottom of the allegations involving the Parramatta club.
"It will take time to get to the bottom of these allegations ... the important thing is that we investigate and deal with the matter so the club and the game can draw a line in the sand and move on," Grant said on Thursday night.
Several third-party deals at Parramatta have been questioned and an NRL spokesman on Friday confirmed all third party deals across the league which do not ring true will be investigated.
"That may involve low profile players who would not usually attract third-party sponsorships," the NRL said in a statement.
Arrangements attracting attention would include a little known player who is paid by a business to make appearances or host functions, or be an ambassador for the firm. The motivation for such an arrangement might be questioned when the player is unlikely to attract more business to the company.
"No one is querying a superstar getting a deal with a car company or sports drink, but the NRL has to make sure that lesser known players are not being given top up payments to get around the cap," the NRL said.
Parramatta was last year fined $465,000 for salary cap breaches in 2014. It avoided losing four competition points for this season after the NRL was satisfied the club has made adequate changes to its governance as requested.
Get independent ones in. f**k off the fronts for the old factions.
end the privileges and entitlements that these people are desperate to get their snouts into.
Run it professionally.
f**k the whole election charade which goes back to fitzgerald's attempts to remain untouchable.
This mob are in partly because they barred blokes from running.
The last two CEOs have been appointed as the incumbent interim CEO
That stinks. It suggests that the recruitment process was a sham.
They have been very poorly credentialed.
Boulos seems ok. But he's mates with Issa and his cv is far from top shelf.
Seward was a flake. But he was also a convenient scapegoat.
Sharp gave this stupid minutes story oxygen with his bumbling comments which made him sound guilty.
They are all dodgy stupid f**kers.
We deserve better, and it's certainly not the grubs who are happy to ruin the club to get back in.
It will be a massive win if we save the points and f**k the clowns off
They can pay for their Vegas trip themselves
If we can consider the ABC to be agenda-free (at least as far as our club goes), here is their story:

There's certainly a lot less speculation and hysterical opinion than in the tabloids. Probably more balanced as well.
So now the NRL can put a value on what any player can give to a business?
What if the little known player is a local junior in say Wetherill Park and that business in Whetherill Park sees a great benefit in a true local junior representing them?
Anyways we'll see what happens. I don't even really care what the outcome is, we'll just have to cop whatever happens on the chin and continue to support the coach and players as per usual.
In relation to the salary cap crap. If we are compliant for this year there is no way they will take any points off us. This is all about past discretions which I'm sure all clubs do, it's only our club has rats in it who would sacrifice our season for their own agendas. They make me sick. If the objective is for Sharp to resign I am sure he will.mwhen it comes to the crunch he would never put himself before the club. That's what I see anyway.
It doesn't matter how much you try to stay out of the limelight if white ants are doing their utmost to keep you there.
