Yes I think Kelly is part of the 2nd tier cap so eventually Sandow would come back in.

Jo Paulo can at some stage, but at full strength he'd struggle to come back anyway.

I believe that Seph Paulo and the Sandclown come as a two-man rodeo clown package deal...

$500k fine and getting stripped of our 2003 World 7's title. What a sad day for the Blue and Golds.

What makes it worse is a) we were crap last year, and b) I've given it deluxe to all my Bulldog and Storm supporting mates over their cap cheating.

If we were having a better year, what would happen if we get docked points this year?

Don't quite understand your question. (the 'if we were having a better year' bit). If we get docked points we get docked points, but there's no suggestion that is going to happen.

I was replying to a post that drew a link between letting Hayne go at the end of 2014, the signing of Watmough for 2015, and the salary cap breach. Given that the salary cap breach was for 2014, the release of Hayne at the end of the year, and the signing of Watmough for 2015 is of zero relevance to that breach.

I think the NRL will follow a simialr course of action here to what they did with the Storm when their rorts were discovered. The NRL demanded they break up the Big 4 of Smith, Slater, Cronl and GI and they had to let GI loose...

We may have to do the same and say goodbye to one of our Big 4 - Sandow, Paulo, Terepo or Morgan...

Could trigger some tough times ahead...

I think the breach is that serious that the NRL should consider that we have to say goodbye to ALL 4 of them

If Hayne stayed we would be over the cap in 2015

I could never understand how releasing a player to another club and still paying part of there salary is a good idea especially if its for more than one season. That being said Im happy to see they learnt from the Isaral Folau Fiasco a few years ago. You go thru proper channels to make sure everything is above board and the NRL screws you and as result Folau is in rugby instead of at the eels.
