I'd watch.
State of Origin should go back to how it originally was in the Super League days of being a three way contest between NSW, QLD and NZ.
shit idea.
State of origin has nothing to do with nz.......
.
It'd be pretty cool in my opinion. Seeing NZ v NSW and NZ v QLD, and who would win. At the moment I think it's QLD > NZ > NSW.
I have absolutely no idea how it could practically happen in this day and age (as Super League had fewer number of teams). But it'd be cool.
I'm dreaming though if I think it'd happen again, unfortunately.
Maybe QLD should break away from Australia.
McGuire is half Samoan though not sure if he's switched allegiances.
So is this Kiwi a Queenslander or what? If so, Its an outrage!!
Ummmmmm yeah I'd say it has a little more to do with the fact of $60,000 (soon to become at least $100,000) vs say $10,000 a year than Mal Maninga vs Stephen Kearney. The NZRL gets Ruben Wiki to talk to them anyway.

do you really think that this works with every player though?
why can't wiki/kearney get these young kiwi's to be proud of their heritage and declare themselves available for NZ but Meninga can convince them having a holiday in QLD makes them a qlder?
