Whatever. Haha.Always thought learning was about your entire life and required open minded assessment of everything .throughout your life. Your mindset is not unknown, or surprising to me..You might be surprised I even have friends of similar mindset. I suppose in real life you see that and stop the arguement once the line is established. I just believe the consequences these days are getting VERY relevant VERY soon.

Even the virus onset via Wuhan and the Chinese cone of silence, before it was finally blurted out.I don''t work in a virus lab.
When I am accused by someone of being an arrogant, "expert" because they aren't a farmer.And would never pretend to be an expert on trucking ,even though their in law is one.I respond.
Yet the irony is ,it's quite OK to lecture people here on global warming and at last reports not a climate scientist. And uses Greta as an example, despite the fact she also is not a climate scientist. or a scientist with that sort of experience.Not even out of high school, though I respect her courage and her convictions.
I have always stated burning the rainforests in my view is a crime, as is dumping of waste and not building dams to save water.I dislike Alan jones with a passion,but one thing I do agree on is the wastage of the huge quantities of water in the Nthn regions of Oz.
I am open minded about politics ,having voted for Hawke & Co .
Yeah and I have long time friends like that, do as I say not as I do personalities.They are still good mates.
My point is ,in life everyone has a viewpoint on any subject that takes their interest, some subjects they couldn't give a rats.Like civil engineering.Yet travel I'll sit down and talk about it for yonks.
The info comes usually from the media electronic or print, and we usually rely on the authenticity of the story, even though on occasions it has probably been edited or slanted to follow the media agenda. And yes now an again when one, experiences that particular incident or occupation. and offers a viewpoint
