Its just I don't feel like Hollis has been talked up a whole lot. It seems like if he wasn't heard of again in a few years not much would be mentioned.

How can Hollis be a dissapointment?
Being a top 30 player I guess Id like to get excited over him but thats yet to happen although it could well be his lack of footy. Oregon, Emu and even Rodwell have shown glimpses. I really hope he transitions this year. I was very surprised he wasnt named this week so maybe thats what swayed my choice. Memories of Sam Hughes disappearance last season. Its pretty tough nominating someone to disappoint. Ive tipped Sivo the last couple of years and I didnt wish to go there again although he is probably favourite for that role.
Lets hope everyone in the top 30 and beyond have cracker seasons and no one disappoints.

Kafusi has been dissapointing. He should of cemented a top 17 spot.
Hollis we need to see more of. I don’t expect anything like Stefano's ceiling. I feel it may be something liek an Alex Twals. But its early and we need to see more.

The current plan started in 2019.

"The reality is the job of GM football is so big, having those responsibilities shared between the CEO and in particularly the coach … the role is too big. In hindsight we probably got that one wrong. The board and management have to own that. It's what we do next now. We'll be getting one and it's a critical leadership position for us."

~~~~~~~
Parramatta's training facilities leave a lot to be desired.
"What we've got are probably in the bottom 25 per cent," McElduff said.
"We as a board know we need to give them something better. The plan is a centre of excellence, but in the interim there are already plans afoot to get the current facilities into a state that's acceptable. That will be something we action. The review has confirmed that. You can take it that's what we'll do.
"The goal is to have a centre of excellence in five years."
I predicts that the launch of this season as per this video will inevitably be rated worse than the "Blow that whistle Ref" crap from Thomas Keneally. Seriously who approved this shit?
