Those could be 2 long years similar to shaun Johnson situation. Two more years.

I really admire Tuaupiki for his skill set and temperament. However, his physicality is a concern for me. In situations where he’s the last line of defence or facing a one-on-one with a charging forward, he would always finish second best. RTS, is a far better defender and can diffuse the situation before it gets worse. On attack he's a killer.I’d rather lose RTS than tuaupiki as he is the future.
how long a contract is RTS on?
I agree but the warriors need pace.I really admire Tuaupiki for his skill set and temperament. However, his physicality is a concern for me. Tuaupiki with the right defensive pattern in our team could work at fullback. I'd be okay with him taking over Montoya's wing spot.I agree but the warriors need pace.
Who takes over from Montoya, RTS?Tuaupiki with the right defensive pattern in our team could work at fullback. I'd be okay with him taking over Montoya's wing spot.
I hope you're wrong but I certainly wouldn't expect you to be.Those could be 2 long years similar to shaun Johnson situation.
For me the negatives outweigh the positives in resigning RTS.I hope you're wrong but I certainly wouldn't expect you to be.
Aside from too many fullbacks I’m not sure what the negatives are? He’s still good, has been mucked around position wise, is a renowned professional and leader, well respected…. He’s lost pace it seems, but it’s not like CNK is a top level #1 or we have good centres. In terms of negatives money wise there are others I’d look at first, DWZ for exampleFor me the negatives outweigh the positives in resigning RTS.
Had he been in his mid-late 20’s then it would have been a different story.
Thanks for the warning. A picture of Kosi alongside a headline that says "Young gun extends" would've given me a heart attack otherwise.Already posted in the roster thread, but i'll post here, too: Ali extended until 2027: https://www.warriors.kiwi/news/2024/10/14/leiataua-re-signed-until-2027/
And nrl.com have a picture of Kosi up on their signings page lol

Look at him. Kosi's a big boy and he should be ripping in. It's frustrating because he's still on our books.Already posted in the roster thread, but i'll post here, too: Ali extended until 2027: https://www.warriors.kiwi/news/2024/10/14/leiataua-re-signed-until-2027/
