With injury and covid setbacks Shalom has not played much footy but he is closing in on a DP with Dragons.

A physical mobile back rower with good leg speed & passing skills if he can bring that to nrl will be a sensation.

Britain and Lomax are not signed for next year, they are not in Qld and lower grades have been cancelled.
A lot of lower grade players from the country and interstate have headed home.
Nothing has happened other than that.

We've seen a little of Connor already so, no surprise he'd be included. Future 1st grade hooker depending on development.
Luke Gale is a good player and again no surprise, shame he's been struck with injuries this year, for the little game time they had in reggies.
IMO, James should spend another year in JF, with some involvement in KOe Cup, needs to work on his defense.

What about Jalal Bazaaz? any news on him?

Not sure about Jal and all the boys, it's hard catching up with them all now.
With the way the comps have been last two years most have been on year to year contracts.
Then you have guys like Schiller they were basically on Flegg contracts, but are now too old for Flegg and have only played a hard full of games in two years.
A lot of decisions to be made,
Do you give them DP's only 4 to 6 spots or part time contracts. I think we only had about 14 of them this year.

Thanks George- all clubs will be facing the same uncertainties that we are with junior reps and the real worry I have is that a generation of talent may well go home, turn their back on the game and take up individual sports or just concentrate on work and TAFE/Uni studies. Covid is a disaster in so many ways.

He certainly has talent that's why we kept him. Even though he the clips are of the junior grades he does have a go in defence as well. He will be better for the year he has had in 2021 and has taken a battering but that goes back to his willingness to get involved. He has an opposite attitude to Saad who was spiking before his release. We don't want sooks who only the good times.
