Who will the Sharks recruit as coach? Or, will they promote their own to save some money for the 400k fine? LOL!

Hate the sharks but this still sucks. Yeah I know he broke the rules and a few players took drugs allegedly (or not I forget) but to take him out of the game forever. It feels too harsh.

Who really cares, as long as it’s not McGregor or Price. Go caretaker at this stage and then go through a proper process.

Oh wait, proper process....FMD we are screwed

Couldn’t I just go through the broncos over the last 10 years and find just as many incidents.?
Look at this year.
Coaching debacle
Letting that piece of human shit Lodge play for you.
Greg Bird disaster
Kev Walters left
Another year another failure on feild
Annihilated by the Dragons in front of your home crowd.

Andrew Gee sitting next to Bennett when h is meant to be banned from the NRL.

Maybe you should be more concerned about your mob.

I wasn’t looking at misdemeanours or bad player behaviour/culture but showing the issues the club has had with leadership and snr management. They say a fish rots from the head and it’s clear for a decade now Cronulla have had massive instability at ceo and to some degree board level. Until they can sort that out they are always going to be prone to problems. Hopefully Russell will be better and stay longer. He’s got a good commercial background and knows the game so could be someone who finally rights the ship.

I doubt it would be permanent. If anothe rclub wanted to take a punt on Flanno in 2020 or beyond I’m sure they could come to an agreement with the NRL.

Thing is I can’t see too many clubs wanting to take that out given his record now. He’d be better off looking for work over in England IMO

2 year ban would, seem appropriate. If it’s drugsbrelated does that mean he can’t coach at any level anywhere or is that just for drug cheats? He is obviosuly a decent coach so I’d be surprised if a SL club didn’t throw money at him.

Well the sharks paid back a 6 mil loan.
Had to be done
But ey that info isn’t good for the

Not sure I follow here. If they made a loss it would have nothing to do with repaying a loan.

Just like taking out a loan doesn't show up as profit.

Or is the "loss" in the cash flow statement?
