It's official. Flannagan de-registered, the suspended part of the Sharks fine from those events (i.e. $400,000) has been reinstated, and the Sharks have been fined an additional $400,000 on top of that (i.e. fine is $800,000 in total).

Fact is Flanno lied prior his return by saying that he had no contact with the players(made worse because he would have done it under a severe eyeballing by Toddy). Is it the crime of the century, of course not but its against what was agreed & no doubt his registering at the time reflected conditions that he has now been found not to have met.
