hahahahaha this just gets better and better.

I am LOLing so much, I just can't wait for the next instalment Coupe.

You must be pretty well to do, or a local MP to be sprouting buying your kids homes.

Anyway, like I said maybe buy a couple of units on the 16th floor. Oh wait, there is a remote chance of a tidal wave, maybe you could move them to the blue mountains. hmmm then again, bush fires hey. I know, Engadine, wait...that darn nuc plant is up that way.

Bloody hard to find somewhere where there is no chance of a remote event.

Parents make sacrifices for children and the house we live in is quite modest.

The property market was not always this high.

Do some research and you will learn buying into an inner city suburb even three years ago was quite affordable.

It is called forward planning.

And why would you buy into a high rise development with 7 other towers with the developer asking top dollar?

Same. I'm hoping for a 50k deposit. Have a couple of family friends who have helped with a deposit, but I know I'll be paying off my house for life.

That said, who the f**k is going to get a first house at woolooware? Unit at sutho would do me fine.

I used Woolaware as an example. Buying a one bedroom unit in Woolooware North seems a far better option than buying into a tower with 7 others for neighbours at top dollar.

Come on! The flooding isnt an issue, you, me and everyone who knows the area knows the flooding isnt an issue. Shark Park, and the Leagues club has never flooded; yet the golf course is regularly under water. You dont REALLY care about flooding.

Why dont you just come out and say that you dont want extra people moving into the area? Those horrible grubs that cant afford to live in houses with backyards shouldnt infiltrate your pristine area! You dont want to share. Thats the real reason you and the rest of the detractors oppose this development. You are within your rights to feel this way, but its a joke to hide behind flooding and environmental concerns when maintaining your peaceful status quo is your real raison detre.

I asked you about ten pages ago how old you are and how you got a foothold in the market. Please share.

Coupe serious question

if it was 6 or 8 floors max would you be ok with the development going ahead in conjunction with the developers providing plans to avoid flood issues?

simply living nearby doesn't give you the right to tell others they can't build one either.

I bet shark park was there before coupe as well.

Well it actually means their views on the development's impact have to be considered by the ultimate decision makers.

of course it does.
Living nearby and just not wanting more people living near you is not an reason to stop it though.

I wish I lived on a farm on the beach with perfect waves and no neighbours within 10 mins drive to the city...
