I listened to most of Episode 1.
I felt like I was listening to my (adult) kids in the lounge room.

BUT - Nicho is the most likeable bloke you could imagine.

The Bye Round interview with him is another cracker.

So, yeah, I’d watch / listen to Ep. 2…

Marlee on nichos new podcast is rocket rod Silva’s daughter.

He is still running around at Gymea with us in the over 35s league tag comp
Still can picture Les Davidson coat hangering Rod Silva and breaking his jaw in 1992. Big suspension that one.

I just listened to Toby and Liam Knights podcast with Turbo and Jurbo as guests. Was pretty funny. Toby was ribbing Tom for the majority of it

Liam seems like a good bloke. Was he a Sharks fan before playing? I thought I read somewhere that he use to be apart of the CSSC

The best RL podcast available is The Rugby League Digest. Their series on the Super League War is an absolute masterclass, mixing great research with a great laugh.

If you haven’t listened, go to the start, you’ll be hooked immediately and listening to all the chapters.

Shark Cast is very good as is Fins Up, but for some reason, iTunes podcast isn’t working for them.

It’s amazing hey. I can’t believe how in depth they’ve gone with the series.

I can’t remember which episode it was or the context of it but there was a quote they read out that was something like “Wests threatened to ‘get on the drink”. I still find that hilarious

Correct. He lived a really bad life growing up which probably explains a lot but a good person took him in who was a Sharkies fan and yeah he would go to the games with that group.

He would solve a problem for us but would probably cause other headaches. Crazy how much talent Manly had in the 20s that period.

The Sporting News has just started a new Rugby league Podcast this week. Not bad, it is in conjunction with the YKTR guys. Toby Rudolph gets an interesting mention. It's called ebb and flows, you can get to it via the sporting news website.

One thing I found interesting was the influence Steve Price has on the team, while I never questioned it, it's more I never really thought about it. Seems to be well regarded.

NSR.

Listened to Part 1 of Jammers interview with Sheens on The Bye Round for my commute today. Fekking brilliant. I'm calling it a must listen for casual fans as it gives deep insights on building a side and developing players in particular. Will listen to part 2 tomorrow. The whole thing is nearly 3 andanarf hours

I laughed my arse off during the sheens thing. He is so off his head and his timelines aren't correct. Tigers are f**ked.

The Bye round is fan f**king tastic. I never thought I'd like James Graham but it is awesome!
