No, Sharks actually own their ground tiger.

Willow said:Just to get this straight KOTH, if I dressed up as a clown, and jumped on your fence, and it collapsed, then you'd have no probelms with me suing you?

I was there when it happened and the fence gave way. No one intentionally pushed it or wanted it to collapse. I actually pushed back away from the fence when the crowd started surging.
I'm surprised the fence gave way - it was dangerous. It should have been stronger.
If you came onto my private property and jumped on my fence then I'd be able to sue you - not the other way round. But from a public liability point of view, if you put on an event and invite the public to attend, you have to bear some responsibility for the safety of the public.

That's even worse.King of the Hill said:I am being serious here - not trolling.
I don't believe you.King of the Hill said:I was there when it happened and the fence gave way. No one intentionally pushed it or wanted it to collapse.
20-30 drongos constitutes a crowd now? lolKing of the Hill said:I actually pushed back away from the fence when the crowd started surging.
You forgot to mention that I would have to dress up as a clown. Apparently that puts you above the law in the shire.King of the Hill said:If you came onto my private property and jumped on my fence then I'd be able to sue you - not the other way round. Southernsaint said:By the same token, the fences arent meant to have 30 piss-heads surging in to it simultaneously. Theyre not designed for that. What do you want, Hillsborough style fencing for NRL grounds??
Time for people to take responsibility for their own actions whether it was accidental or not
Perhaps you could also sue them for anguish and mental distress.sharknows said:I'd like to know who is going to take responsibility for their own actions in building such an inadequate fence.
