It was one of the worst attempts at refereeing a game of RL at any level I have ever seen. It was equally bad for both sides, but it highlights the need for accountability

All teams will hold a bloke down and give away a penalty if they see they are out numbered.

Gives the line time to reset.

It is like half you blokes have never actually had a real game of footy.
