Saints are slowly getting back to the Price era type form? How long will it take this time for the club to react? Made top 8 last week with a -193. Enough said.....If you are just looking at results which I think our club does they will see this as a positive unfortunately.

I am dreading when Saints come up against Tigers and Knights. I can see a Warriors type performance. They will think they have won teh game before kickoff.

If we scored 4 trys of kicks i'd be happy.
So I don't know why he is so proud of that fact.
We had some calls go against us but if we had a decent kicking game we may of not been in the position we were in a prime example being the try on half time when we should of drilled the ball deep into their 20.
The use of the bench has been rank amateur.
Widdop has been terrible all year and should hand back the captaincy as it is effecting his form.

With the players we have and the form of the team we can't go for another rookie or B grade coach. At this stage there is no salary cap on a coach. With this in mind the club must aim high and sign a proven coach. There are two coaches that have the runs on the board are Bennett and Bellamy but unfortunately they aren't going to another club. The only coach that has had success in recent times, who is willing and available is Toovey.

I'll say it now no decent coach would want a bar of the Dragons.

If i was a coach looking for a job i would avoid the place like a plague as the club is on the down ward spiral and i don't see anything to change my mind that things will improve.

Honestly trying to get a proven high quality coach will be difficult next year let alone mid year..

The roster we have whilst limited has had no chance to show its actual potential.

Mary has proven he cannot get the attack co-ordinated and the D is falling apart earlier than it did last year.

We should dump Mary and install Head with JD for the rest of this season, at least Head has shown he wants his charges to attack and score points.

If we do not change the style of the football we are playing we will continue to have injuries resulting from the heavy defensive workload and battering ram tactics.

On top of that any good players we have will look to exit the club to further their potential whilst they still have a chance at rep football and we will become a repository for >26 year old journey men.

If the roster shows it can play some good football in the remaining games this year then we might look a bit more attractive to a senior coach and the odd good player.

No easy options but Mary can only inflict more pain and even uglier results.

The U20's looked ordinary early in the season but are now playing stylish football under Head's coaching.

Obviously he has instilled a good culture into the squad.

Not suggesting it is a long term fix but it has to be better than what we have and hopefully will inject some much needed confidence into the 1st grade squad.

Sorry mate. I was being sarcastic. I don't want anyone without first grade experience near the club. Bring in an established coach who will bring in established 1st graders. I'm sick of this team going for the cheapest option all the time.
