Was Crocker onside???

I can see Ingliss there behind him and he took the kick from a long way back and is also a lot faster.

Regardless it was still a dog act (and nobody has disputed this).

I still can't understand how the judicary says to one player "You hit him in the head, intentional or not you are gone" and then let someone else off because it wasn't intentional??
The rules cleary state no contact with head regardless if it is intentional, reckless or careless. They haven't even said why he was allowed to make contact with the head. I'm guessing that you can now use "unintentional" again as a defence? This is not a whinge, just want to see how they justify some of their decisions. I reckon next year, more than half the charges will be contested and one only has to look at this years examples and use them as evidence of ehy they should be let off.

This is not about making RL soft or not. Its about what is good for the goose is good for the gander. If you are going to apply the rules, then apply them to everyone regardless of circumstances.

Pardon my ignorance but isn't stewart falling at the point of impact??

David Stagg was falling at the point of contact a couple of years, still didn't stop Ruben Wiki copping 4 weeks for a nothing hit.

The real difference league seems to have is if you come in with the arm you're off or at least suspended and on report, come in with a shoulder or elbow to the head it's fine. The point of the elbow (not saying this one was either) or shoulder to me is more culpable of far more damage.

Yes he is.

First frame is approx when he recieves the ball...next frame is point of contact.

Not even a hint of a cheap shot??? Just pure class???
He dropped down over half a foot in very short time when he was already crouched, at the time of impact he would have been about 4.5 foot. If Ryan's shot on Ryles was legal, this one certainly was.

Either way, if Stewart was fully upright, Crocker would have hit him in the stomach.

I saw nothing in it to think it was a deliberate cheap shot. It looked like some great aggression in a chase trying to inspire his side. It worked a treat.

Anyone who is whinging about that shot is either
a. A manly supporter clutching at straws.
b. A crocker hater, of which there are many.
c. A whinger for the sake of whinging.

With a history and record like crockers there's absolutly no doubt that this was just a great hit.

Theres no way Michael Crocker would ever attack the head of a player for no reason, ever. Its not in his nature.

You are kidding.

So Crocker is a saint.
