Anything to reopen the case that should have jailed at least half a dozen people.
Bigfella, am not saying anything else.
I only have 3rd party his-story/her-story, no 1st party to 1st party factual evidence but I will say that anyone using their brain can clearly see from the discovery that the "time circumstances" incriminates quite a few arseholes.
Some who visit here occasionally or not know who are the News Limited/NRL culprits behind this scam.
There is no doubt that a major cover up was instigated.
The legal system is also seriously compromised so unless this is sorted out justice will remain as JustUs, here is another example of many

In a rushed email received from Peter yesterday it says....

Since that mafia organisation masquerading as a legitimate outfit is openly protecting antisocial, criminal conduct; shows contemptuous attitude and predatory means when dealing with other members of the community and encouraging disrespect for the ' law ' -

I am asking the court also:

- to declare Bar Association of Queensland as criminal organisation and to disband it,

- to declare those people as ' not fit and proper ' of holding any position in Queensland requiring trustworthiness

and honesty and to issue the order prohibiting those people from applying or holding such positions in Queensland .

BAQ is registered as a commercial organisation - ABN 78 009 717 739 , therefore they should be subject to the same laws as any other Australian company .

05.03.2013 - BAQ applied to court ' to have the claim struck ' as disclosing ' no reasonable cause of action '.

14.03.2013 the judge Ms Philippides declared at the start of the hearing that she is a ' judicial member ' of ' Bar Association of Queensland ' and therefore, due to the conflict of interest, she is disqualifying herself from hearing the case.

Ms Roslyn G Atkinson volunteered to be an ' impartial arbiter ' as she is not a ' judicial member ' of ' BAQ ' .

and I lodged formal application to court to disqualify her.

04.04.2013 - To reduce public awareness the matter has not been listed neither on official court web list, newspaper nor even in court itself . Quite quickly Mr De Jersey determined that it will be up to Ms Atkinson to decide if she wants to disqualify herself during the next court hearing RUN BY HER - to consider my application to disqualify her .

No , this is not a joke - this is how this rotten and corrupt anglo system operates.
Since my formal court application is clearly directed against her she will be playing both roles - the defendant and the judge ! The show will be on 17 or 18 of April. (not in kindergarten but SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND)

I feel they are an illegally assembled team and if they were never rorting the way they did the spine would only ever see each other in origin camp.
Although Cronk would probably not have made it surrounded by a non Smith and non Slater.

Sorry Casper, they will never be recognized as anything but cheats.

Watching them the other night just angered me to tell you the truth. When they first got busted for cheating I wasn't as pissed as I am now.

But watching them now succeeding over all other teams, when any fair minded person knows that this team was and always will be illegitimate as long as those three are in it, just plain angers me.

Like Kornstar already said, that 2009 GF was ours, no other team could match it with us and they took that away from us, and after getting caught, showing no remorse at all mind you and actually attacking at times people for suggesting that they even cheated. That can never be forgiven and never should be.

And instead of really punishing them, they are rewarded by being constantly praised by the media who also just gloss over the Storms cheating history and they are given a saloon passage to victories by the on field officials who allow them to still wrestle and continue on their grubby tactics at the play the ball.

No sorry Casper, they are not legends of the game, they are just plain old fashion CHEATS!!!

Those who say they'll only ever be remembered as rorting cheats need to remind the idiots in the media who still ALWAYS refer to them as multiple grand final winners when introducing them on their respective radio / TV shows .

For three seasons now (early in the third year), Storm are operating within the cap, are no longer cheating. When is enough enough.... dumping shit on Slater, Cronk and Smith? If our 81 to 86 Eels squad were forced to comply to the cap Storm are forced to adhere to these days, our club would only be able to keep a few of our great players possibly only Sterling, Kenny & Price. Do you think we could have one 4 premierships in 6 years and play in 5 GF and be knocked out in a semi final during those years?????

Simple fact is, Casper there was no salary cap back then so your argument is completely irrelevant.

Another fact is that due to the systematic cheating, they were able to keep their best players, while recruiting the best juniors with the enticement to play with the best players......

Do you think Bromwich, Widdop, Proctor etc. would have come to Parra while we were languishing near the bottom of the table? Melbourne got them cause they had a flexible salary cap that let them sign young superstars while keeping their older superstars.......

I don't expect to hear Storm supporters do anything but support them but an Eels supporter? To us they are scum, they ripped our hearts out.....1986, Casper!!!!

The good will "sportsmanship" for playing a game like RL was thrown out the window long ago. Every club will have players slowing down the play the ball to suck up precious moments with the full-time hooter minutes away. There is a whole array of unsportsmanlike tactics every club implements these days. And what about the board directors, the coaching staff, etc, are they all not prone to a white lie here and there, a play on words to suit a particular pre-determined outcome without providing full-disclosure for all to see, hear and comprehend??? Does not the attitude behind a board of directors, coaching staff, etc, determine the outcome of a GF too???? Kornstar, reality is we live in a time of bullshit all-around and our club is loaded with bullshit too. It's about time we all got off the "holy than thou" high horses and moved on. These days, the equal playing field is made up of bullshit all around Kornstar. Prove me wrong? You can throw all the "my club is better than your club" crap as much as you want, it does not change the fact that we are ALL standing on the ground of crap made up by all the NRL clubs who placed it there beneath our feet.

I agree there was more "sportsmanlike" behaviour going on back in 1981 to 1986 - this shaped the game and the lives of the fans who followed the game and their favourite team/s. Today, we have almost zilch sportsmanlike behaviour. This creates an equal playing field as did a more favourable sportsmanlike attitude back between 1981 and 1986. We get what we pay for - better still we get the standards we stand for. Very few of us are prepared to raise the bar, they can't be bothered or they are just too busy, distracted & compromised to do so.
