Dunno, 30yr. Didn't hang around for it. One thing - they announced the crowd as 9,000 odd. Looked more like 5,000 to me and 4,000 to the bloke behind me.

Preso rundown:

Lots of people in attendance, kinda weird.

Pierce gets up on stage, looking a bit nervous. Thanks the fans, etc.

Stuey Raper's turn. Strangely mixed response from the crowd. Some were booing, some were cheering, the Finatics gave him a standing ovation, and others were just stoney faced. He rants and warbles about disappointment, how much it hurts, cliche and cliche, thanks the fans. He spoke for about 5 minutes, it almost sounded like a farewell speech, although whether that was because it was the last game or not is debatable. Anyway, his award goes to Luke Covell.

Covell gets up, thanks the sponsors, singles out the CSSC for thanks, looks really nervous, mentions how wingers aren't supposed to get awards.

Barry Pierce (who had walked something of a gauntlet of disgruntled fans) came up. Thanked the sponsors, said he valued the opinions of everyone, they're all supporters of this mighty club, yada yada. His award goes to Kingston.

Kev gets up, thanks the sponsors, again singles out the CSSC for thanks, gives a strong thanks to the coaching staff.

Oh and one forum member was ejected for letting Raper know what he thought of him. Three times.

He's been tapped on the shoulder midweek.

Fox showed Lam addressing the team at halftime.
He probably took over the job at the 39th minute.

If so it looks good for next year, he won the 2nd half 24-0.

That would have been if I was there...Infact I would probably be in lock up now if I was there, good thing I wasn't. I'm getting sh*t faced instead, all in the name of Stuart Raper (thanks arsehole).

Another thing: some random punter went after Baz Pierce tonight with blazing guns. Pierce is normally a pretty calm bloke, but after five minutes going toe to toe with this guy, he was getting very notably flustered. Red in the face. Had to be rescued by other board members. It was very amusing to watch.

it was actually quite packed, why??? I still cant believe the clowns behind me who cheered on Raper as he spoke for the last time as coach.

And bloody Barry Peirce, having a beer like all is well and nothing to worry about. What a joke he is. God i hope we all vote him out next year.

I was watching the board members at halftime in their area of the stand ... they don't give a rat's about our team ... they just like the novelty of free booze and having finger food served to them ... we were down 26-0 and they didn't care.
