Hey E2W! Solo's been killing 'em here this season, scoring lots of tries and setting them up too. Where is the list of this whole ESL side then?

Very talented player. But as usual Smith finds a way to piss them off. Leaving us with Corey Pearson!

While his offloads were second to none when on the ground he was not quick to play the ball and his speed over the ground in the past few years since his first year with us seemed to slow. The Australian game seems much quicker and worked against Solo's skill. Not that Pearson is any better but realistically Solomona's game was tailor made for the ESL.

Stand Off: Danny McGuire (Leeds Rhinos)
Scrum Half: Richard Horne (Hull FC)
Prop: Andrew Farrell (Wigan Warriors)

Prop: Paul King (Hull FC)
Second Row: Ali Lauitiiti (Leeds Rhinos)
Second Row: David Solomona (Wakefield Trinity Wildcats)

HAHAHA.

Bai?

That's a killer back row though.

I can't believe Sid Domic made their dream team....

Must be some sorry centres over there...

Yeah, but I'd be laughing if Domic beats out a certain player in the 2005 dream team.

There should be a game between the ESL Dream team and the NRL Dream team at the end of the season, Not just the two winners.

Would Domic get anywhere near the Panthers first grade side, hell we have Girdler, Lewis, Whatuira, Rodney and Galea ahead of him in the centres.

I think Domic is better then Girdler, Whatuira, Rodney and Galea. I think if he was to join Penrith next year, Lewis and Domic would be your centres. He has improved his game since living in england.

Thanks Eloquent!

I'm glad Solo is getting the wraps he deserves. He and Ali have skills that really stand out here.

Domic has actually had a good season over here too, but yeah doesn't say a lot for depth of English centres in ESL! Same with Bai, he does the job but is largely just a finisher of good the work done inside.

Richard Horne and Paul King are now injured, so probably won't play in tri-nations.

ParraMatt, maybe the Dally M positional team of the year might be a good match against these guys? Seems like a similar selection - these guys are all from the top six ESL sides.

I would love that backrow at Parramatta plus Hindy and Morrison.

But that's it. I think the rest of the team is a bit of a laugh.

Maybe Danny Macguire I'd like too.

Solo had a great game in the Hull vs Wakefield finals. Yeh always been a Solo fan, and would love to have him back - although I think he is much more suited to English football where he can offload at will.

I wouldn't mind Ali Lauitiiti or Lesley Vainikolo either - but instead we sign blokes the like of Chris Thorman - and then when he starts getting used to the pace of NRL, send him back. #-o

You cant really say Thorman was that good. He went really well when we versed mediocre opposition but as soon as we vsed a top 4 team we failed. His defense woulde cost many more points and it would continually be exploited. He will be back in 2-3 years and Iam oping he fixes up his defense.
