Souffs Sydney nude video complaint

Just a point for everyone asking for consistency, I'd suggest this is one of the few areas where the NRL have proven to be very consistent. If an incident occurs closer to round 1, they act quickly and decisively regardless of what actual facts (using the term quite loosely) they have. An incident that happens during or leading into the finals with a team still in contention, they will wait and allow due course. Feigning that they are gathering information, but really just holding out until they can hand out a more meaningless punishment.

How poor must Auckland be if the best entertainment was a group of footballers chosing to facetime and play with each others junk, than to pop out to town.
To be fair, there are groups of male Souffs fans sitting around every weekend in Sydney playing with each others' junk.Just ask BunniesGimp.

1. Poor complaint handling processes and their implications for brand damage.

2. Consistent application of breach of policy/guidelines by the league administrator.

I think each of the above are the common themes in this thread. Nobody is suggesting that the complainant is beyond reproach or Mr Pearce for that matter.
Yes but these may be the discussion points but they are far from concrete.

You cant talk about consistent application of breach or policy guidelines without having all the facts so that is at best speculative and holds little weight at this point. Ultimately we do not know the full story and what consistency? When has this happened before? This seems a little different to Pearce.

I do not disagree. I was merely trying to encourage people to play the ball and not the man (or female, as the case may be).

Yeah but if you have anything resembling fun the club gets fined $250,000 and every man and his dog has to apologise for not being as utterly dull as Murdoch would like.

Interesting to see that the Daily Telegraph have deleted this content relating it to a certain player and now Paul Kent has changed his tune from wanting A certain player immediately suspended to saying this has all been blown out of proportion. There is more to this in the players defence I think.

The scum telegraph should be fined for trying to ruining people’s lives before getting all If the facts in place. I hope the player in question sues the hell out of them!

According to Twizzle, one mustn't speculate.

5 important things you MUST do before going on holidays to South Africa.

1. Make sure passport is valid... check!
2. Book flights... check!
3. Book accommodation... check!
4. Get someone to feed the cat... check!
5. Contact a tabloid newspaper to complain about an incident that happened 4 months ago, even though you said that you don't want to get anyone in trouble, and that you won't share the screenshots that you suspiciously took at the time... Oh, big fkn check!!!!

I would also suggest that you get vaccinated for typhoid, hepatitis, cholera, yellow fever and rabies.

That’s a massive blow to Kent’s credibility......
