I don't disagree that parts have been over the top but you're dancing around the issue. If the player in question flashed himself over the phone to someone and it was not consensual - there is an issue.

Same way as if someone had exposed themselves in public to your mother, your sister or your daughter and it was not consensual.

I'm not declaring it was consensual or not. If it ends up being clearer that it was consensual then it becomes less of an issue, and it becomes a private family matter.

I’m not sure what leg Pearce would have had to stand on? He wasn’t nude, a minor or in his own private dwelling. The only person who could have prevented that filming was the owner of the apartment he was in. You don’t need consent while filmed in a public place where a matter of privacy is not expected, which is why the nudes of the Bulldogs mad Monday are not an issue

Ok so what leg would SB have to stand on. They haven’t identified him as the naked player, they just said his account was used which I believe they themselves have confirmed. They never said it was non consensual. Till this point they haven’t really accused him of anything. I think his brother said more when he said he had made a mistake.
