qft. On Gidley, play him at hooker. Or not at all. The balance, class and pace of that 1,6 7 & 9 would be a frightening proposition for any club. Roberts is a good prospect, but we all know hat Soward can do to teams with his kicking game.

Mullen's long kicking game is his best asset, followed by his oppurtunitistic running game.

Similar skill-set to Soward, so not sure if having both together would be a good thing, or a bad thing. In terms of the territorial game, Soward would add very little, if anything to the knights.

Mullen at the top of his game has a kicking game as good as any in the NRL, and he has controlled many games this year with it. Only downside is his lack of touch in his short kicking game, meaning he struggles for repeat sets.

I'd take Soward in a heartbeat at the Tigers, he's exactly what we need. A 7 with a great kicking game that can steer a team around the park. This would allow Benji to get back to his best as a running 5/8th, plus bring a little bit of bit a pace into the team. However it makes to much sense so the Sheenius will never do it, we only sign backrowers.

It's a good point. In the 2009 and 2010 seasons he consistently took advantage of any half gaps. He really loved broken play and had the speed off the mark to cause danger. He is still quick. I'd love to see him have a go more often. Hopefully this shuffling is only temporary. Fien and Hornby may have done alright the last two weeks but it's not the halves combination I want going into the finals (if we make it).

Well if you make the finals, it'll be on the back of 6 from 7 wins, or thereabouts, with those two in the halves, why wouldnt you want to continue on into the finals with that combo if its producing the goods?

I'm not expecting us to win that many games with this halves combination. Credit to them for the last few weeks but the kicking game is a concern and earlier in the year, such as the Penrith golden point game, it didn't look like we'd even score a point. I hope I'm wrong.
