He will be charged but i dont think he will get suspended... although if he does id say 1 week max... and with the leg injury might not be all that bad to lose him for this friday...

But im confident he will be good to go ;)

I reckon that we should fight any charge and that we'd win
Even Sterlo reckoned that he had no case to answer
He's only just in front of El Masri on highest points for the season so I imagine that he won't want to miss a game

Problem is if he is able to play with carry over points, the risk is one little mistake in a semi ie grade one careless high (75 points) with the carry over he's definitely gone for the next game unless Perry Mason can get him off the charge.

correction read up on it, apparently if you have carry over points , they deduct 5 points each game you stay clean

in 6 games soward will lose 30 carry over points if he takes the guilty plea

Soward charged but cleared to play

In-form St George Illawarra five-eighth Jamie Soward is free to play against Penrith on Friday night despite being charged with kicking by the NRL match review committee.
Soward received a grade-one dangerous contact infringement for lashing out with his foot in attempt to stop Melbourne centre Greg Inglis from scoring a try on Friday night.
The charge carries a 100-point penalty, though that would be reduced to 75 points with an early guilty plea.
The NRL's leading pointscorer this season, Soward has been instrumental in propelling the Dragons to the top of the ladder, with the red and whites eyeing their first minor premiership since becoming a joint venture.
Soward was one of three players charged, though all can escape sanction with early pleas.
Brisbane prop Dave Taylor was charged with a grade-one dangerous throw and South Sydney halfback Chris Sandow with grade-one tripping.
Broncos centre Justin Hodges was not charged despite claims he abused referee Jason Robinson in Saturday night's record-breaking loss to Canberra.

He's unlikely to do anything silly so we'll be cool
I think that he should have fought it however on principle
