Well usually it's because you play like busteds. Two games against Manly stand out like sore thumbs as glaring exceptions: tonight's game and the 2012 final. I'm sure you Cows fans can point to others. Oh yeah, and something or other about a 7th tackle. ;-)

You mean the one where NQ scored off the back of a blatant strip and a forward pass but still only managed to score 2 tries to Manly's 4 (should have been 3). Yeah, they were robbed. :roll:

People always remember when the Cowpats get dudded a try because they jump up and down about it more than anyone, crying about how NSW is against them. I don't know why they think it's just them and not Melbourne, NZ, Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Yeah we could've won anyway, but we shouldn't have had to. I said this over and over last year when we were robbed against the sharks, and the year before in the semi against manly, we shouldn't have to overcome the referees as well as the other team.

We should've been able to play exactly how we did tonight and that should've still been enough to get the win regardless. Manly didn't earn that win, it was given to them. Same as last year, yeah we could've overcome the try the sharks were given, but we shouldn't have had to. I'm sick of that stupid excuse, it doesn't change the fact that the other team has been given a try they shouldn't have had, and not through some 50/50 call that might happen every game, these are plain as day wrong calls, ones that the referees boss will acknowledge and apologise for, again. But it won't get our competition points back.

Refs have made consistent stuff ups since 1908 and it will never change. Perception bias makes people think it is worse now than it was in the past, but in reality it always has and always will be awful because you have human error to contend with.

Good teams will overcome bad ref decisions, and in the end they will all even out to good and bad for each team.

what gets my goat is when people whinge about a Team in this particular situation........it is not Manlys or any other Teams fault that the refs are incompetent

Example we were ripped off big time in the Grand Final Last year......was that the Roosters Fault definitely not, was it the refs incompetence, without doubt.......see it is not that hard

The no try decision on the Bulldogs was ridiculous…I realise the interpretation its quite subjective but they are no where near even being close to consistent with rulings.…and when the video ref explained it to Fox viewers…he sounded special needs….Patten?
