Gus did mention Annlyn Motors, Penrith, but it still could be a possibility. A while ago there was a Subway rumour, as well as a Sony rumour. They all fit the description.

Have you seen anyone mention something like this on here recently though? I would not count it out as being true. Gus has said on twitter that the sponsor will be announced very soon (several days ago) and has be inferring that it is all sorted.

yes several people from adam to teach to myself and daz have mentioned a deal is close. Who with that we dont know
But it is safe to say it will be a multi national as it is big dollars for major sponsorship

I am hearing today or tomorrow the announcement will be made.

Thinking more today as Gus has to jet off to Ipswich tomorrow.

We will know soon, I am sure. Maybe he knows who its with, if its with a local company, he would look awfully silly, wouldn't he?

Who are you hearing this from, if you don't mind me asking? Yes, there is an event regarding Penrith helping last year in the floods tomorrow night where he is the special guest. You would think he would want it done before he jets off and to ensure the sponsor is on the jersey for the trial itself.

Ironic that over half of the group who helped in Ipswich last year aren't with the club anymore yet Gus is the guest when he wasn't at the club then either??? :sarcasm:

I am personally looking forward to free milkshakes and iced coffees at Centrebet Stadium.
I am personally unhappy of the choice. Could've been so much better. But I guess it will be good for the club.

They had a booth for the Panther's members Christmas party and the Member's picnic giving out free OAK products now that I think about it.
