I am personally looking forward to free milkshakes and iced coffees at Centrebet Stadium.
I am personally unhappy of the choice. Could've been so much better. But I guess it will be good for the club.

if they are paying the big bucks who cares

not sure how anyone could be unhappy. There paying the big bucks a good product and a good look for the club

It is a real bonus in these tough times to even find a major sponsor .Shaun has done a magnificiant job and i beleive the best signing this club has had in the last few years players included

Agreed murraymob. Some people are just unhappy that their agenda against the leader of the club is proving flawed.

Yeah. Doesn't have the same quality as Sanyo did. Seems more like a sleeve sponsor still the money is needed & it will grow on me I am sure.

They're offering quite a bit of coin over the next 3 years as well. Any financial injection the club can get is a positive. Oak is a well known and reputable brand. I'm sure a lot of us have stopped off at their shop at Hexham - great place! :)

Oak was a great brand of the 80's and 90's instead Pura, Pauls and Dairy Farmers have taken over that threshold now, not to mention un-branded supermarket milk. Apart from flavoured milks where can I actually pick up oak products??

Still, better to have a sponsor than none so good news on that front.

Where are we at with sleeve?

As long as they front the cash what does it matter? I cant find a negative with it.

Cant believe people are unhappy, if the money is there why does it matter? We could be sposored by dildo company for all i care. Besides i know ive personally spent a lot more money on oak products then I have on Sanyo in my lifetime, in fact probably more then any other major sponsor out there.

there products are even a great fit for our jerseys making us a good partnership

Vanila on the white jersey
strawberry on the pink

marketeting wise both can benifit. And being a 3 year deal it will help us through a tough time in the market

Misplaced thanks going by the article in the SMH this morning. Phil Moss did 90% of the work and Gus came in at the end. Makes sense in a way, Parmalat who owns OAK also owns Paul's - Paul's was a sponsor of the Eels while Moss was there.
