I wouldn't get caught up with hipster girls run either. Watched the replay and all the horses 5th onwards were walking. It's a plodder.

Tommy must have thought he was gonna weigh in light. Tried to grab a pie from the crowd on way home. Prepared to forgive the ride because he was probably worried lumosty would be off and gone with the run it had and wanted to get closer.

Anyone else like Terravista in the sprint?

Hiney...who is your tip in the sprint and the Emirites Stakes?

My initial thoughts are that the Manikato Stakes was such a ridiculous blanket finish that putting a pen through every runner in that race Caulfield Cup style could be the go.

I can see the likes of Sidestep/Cluster running home late and fluking a place at big odds

I am going with that Mooney Valley is a dogs breakfast of a venue so I have scrapped that race from my memory bank lol. Not to mention the fact that I would have had the first 4 if that turd of a horse that came 2nd came last!

The English sprinter is where the money has come today, anyone have any idea? Jeez this is an annoying race day I must say!

Hiney help!

Im very close to putting the pen through every horse that ran in the Manikato Stakes and also Chautauqua (due to the fact he's up in class and ridiculous odds)

Slade Power
Cluster
Sidestep

That's where my brain is at presently, that's just quick thoughts thus far.

My best tip is to quit while I'm well ahead for the carnival  It's always a day of upsets.

Both the big races are harder to pick then a broken nose, there has to be a query on the Manikato form. Blanket finish and they didnt run great time. Chautauqua has been awesome down the straight but no steps up against the big boys at WFA.

He just might win but unders for mine. Look for value Lankan Rupee might get out to silly odds.

The Emirates is even harder with a stack of chances, it is always a race that springs a massive upset.

Hooked is absolutely flying and the Epsom form had stood right up. The Cleaner if the Cox Plod didn't bottom him out has to be a chance. Also like Leebaz who will be the one probably over the odds.

Each way all day tomorrow, probably only need to get 1 of them home. Lots of roughies winning this week so looking for value.

Prompt return
Beliveau
Chile express
Lord aspen (except this one)
Zanbagh
Sidestep
Escado
Terai
Written intent

Not Listenin'tome(who is in the worst form of his career) got beaten 1.6 lengths in the Manikato Stakes, comes out yesterday and gets beaten by over 8 lengths

Manikato Stakes blanket finish is the AIDS,f**k every single one of those horses.

Iconic too. Got beaten just as far in both of those races.

Think LR is the only one who can be forgiven in that race. Back to flemington it could sit off and destroy this field.

True dat, also Bounding was about 2.5 lengths from them in the Manikato and she got beaten 3.5 lengths by Vain Queen yesterday

Platelet(2 lengths off them in the Mainkato),Not Listenin'tome and Iconic also got beaten by the overrated Rubick(who has since flopped) in the Schillaci Stakes.

So load up on Chautauqua and Slade Power???

After putting the pen through the entire Manikato field im left with

Chautauqua(Can't have it cos of the skinny odds)

Slade Power
Driefontien(actually a damn good run behind Deep Field giving him weight, excellent effort)
Cluster
Sidestep

Narrowed it down to 4:cool:

Watch Lankan Rupee win by 6 hard held to make a mockery of this

I believe there is only 1 other straight track race before the Darley Classic, not sure a sample size of 1 is enough to see if there is a bias side or not, especially as there unraced maniac 2 years olds with the IQ of a cheeseburger.
