Clearly you never tried to buy a house in Sydney; Manly & Sutherland aren't broke areas.
Central Coast never had a team. North Sydney did but they painfully disappeared & now interest is lowest there. Inner West was magpie (& jets) area, just so you know the history.
There's no evidence that Broncos wanted new team outside of cbd. Stop talking conspiracy.
I’m well aware of the housing market seeing I work in Sydney and I live outside of Sydney. If you don’t understand someone’s personal situation, then it is best not to assume.
Also your table, in isolation, can’t explain anything. If you were doing proper analysis, like you would at a university you would need to provide historical contexts and trends (for example what was the trend of support for the Bears pre their expulsion - was their support declining/increasing), what are the demographics of the area over a long time (pre and post expulsion) net migration levels and data ( where are people moving to and from North Sydney) to come up with any credible conclusion to the statement.
You also need to come up with explanations for inconsistencies in your proposal - for example how to explain the lower support in Eastern Suburbs which has been the base for the most successful side (easily) over the past 20 years, whereas areas without a side have the highest support in the game.
Anyway, even if the expulsion of the Bears had a negative effect and it probably has had some impact, that doesn’t also mean that we should bring them back (considering you already have 9 sides) or that they would necessarily now have the support to be a success
